Our Policies

PAYMENTS
We use a secure PayPal page to receive your payment.
On our catalog pages, simply click on the shopping basket button
under the item you choose. When you finish filling your basket,
click on "YOUR CART" tab at the top of the page, and you
will be taken to a secure PayPal payment page. You DO NOT
need to have a PayPal account to use this page! You may pay
with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, a
PayPal account, or your own bank check. We do not save or
access your credit card or bank information; all that is taken care
of by PayPal, the most secure web payment system in existence.

SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE within the continental United States. We ship
USPS Priority Mail within three days of receiving your order.
If you would like to pay extra to rush your order, email us at
customerservice@lemirecollection.com with your credit card
number, expiration date, and billing address and we will charge
you accordingly. For UPS 3-Day delivery we will bill an extra
$14.95. For UPS "Next Day" delivery, we will bill an additional
$23.95. Rush deliveries CAN NOT be made to P.O. or APO boxes.

RETURNS
If you need to return the order for whatever reason, just send us
an email at customerservice@lemirecollection.com within 10 days
of receiving your order and we will issue you a return authorization
number. The order must be shipped (that means on its way via USPS,
FedEx, or UPS) back to us within five days of you receiving the
authorization. Make sure the package is insured and pre-paid; we
cannot accept COD deliveries. Once we receive your returned order
in the condition in which we originally shipped it, we will refund
you the price of the order, less a $10.00 shipping and handling fee.
